Size upcharges and personalization charges are manually added to your order total and charged to the credit card that you provide along with applicable sales taxes.

Once you place your order, it takes approximately 2 weeks to produce and you will be contacted by phone when it is ready for pick-up.  Our store is located at 1000 Hylan drive, across from marketplace mall by Party City.
